10-Day Return Policy
You have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Return
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
- It must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
- You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
- A video recording of the unboxing process is mandatory to initiate a return request. Without this, returns will not be processed.
Partial Payment (COD Advance) Policy
For orders placed using Cash on Delivery (COD) with partial/advance payment:
- The advance amount paid is strictly non-refundable if:
- You reject the delivery
- The delivery is unattempted due to your unavailability
- You fail to accept the order for any reason not related to product issues

Refunds for such orders will only be considered if:
- The product delivered (after full payment) is damaged, or
- You receive an incorrect item, or
- The product is not shipped/delivered at all
